We live in a time where polarisation and social and ideological divisions are making it harder and harder for climate messaging to land.
But we have the tools to create connection with even the most unlikely audiences, building shared understanding through listening and empathy.
In this not-to-be-missed session, Founding Member Laura Hughes will walk us through an empathy mapping process, helping you to better understand your target audience, beyond a surface-level persona. You'll learn how to find out what motivates them, what worries them, and how identity drives their beliefs and values. And, most importantly, how to use this information to build meaningful connections that support successful climate messaging.
